We met Frank in December when he moved in temporarily to provide twenty-four hour home care for our elderly Uncle, Walter. Frank has proven to us to be a skilled caretaker. He has kept in contact with us through text messages and phone calls throughout his tenure of caring for our Uncle. Therefore, we feel strongly that Frank has been attending diligently to all Walter’s needs. Whenever we leave after our visits, we feel confident we are leaving Walter in capable and caring hands.

Please consider this a letter of reference for Theresa E, the aide who lived with my Mom, Rachel C, from October 2012 to January 2013. Theresa is a wonderful, caring and compassionate person who was wonderful to my Mom. She called her “Mum” and treated her as if she was her own mother. I was often amazed at how upbeat and positive Theresa was, even when my Mom was going through some difficult times. Theresa has a great deal of patience and I always considered her a “gift from above”. I trusted Theresa implicitly and always knew my Mom was being treated well. My Mom always looked clean and well groomed. Theresa also kept the apartment clean and tidy. I highly recommend Theresa and believe that any family she works with is extremely lucky to have her. I know people always call or write to complain but this time my email is all about praise.I want you to know how special Chantale is. She's been with my mom for almost 4 years and my mom, and all of us, have been very lucky. She has been so caring - always going the extra mile to do something nice for my mom. You never have to tell her what to do, she just knows. She's very intelligent, neat, clean and very organized. As much as I'm happy that my mom can get full time care, it's a very sad day that it's Chantale's last day with my mom.I really hope you can place Chantale in a wonderful environment.
